    Installing SF

Hi there!! Just wondering if anyone knows how to change the directory where SF instsalls to? I have tried several times and it doesnt give me an option and always installs on my C drive. I dont want it there...the only thing that is on my C drive is windows and I want it to stay that way. I run the setup from the CD , it patches BF to 1.1 and then begins to install itself on C. I really dont want the hassel of chnaging registry setting and copy and pasting folders.

It installs BF2:SF in the MODS dir where BF2 is installed.

The patch checks for enough space on the same drive that has your PROGRAM FILES folder, so in case you get a warning about too little space on your C:\ drive free up space before patching.

If you can't free enough space for the BF2 Patch to run then try moving the location of your Program Files folder temporarily:

and set valuen back to normal after patching.

Will try that when I get home! Thanks! I left about 10 gig for windows so space isnt the issue. Just dont want it there!

If BF2 is installed on C: I doubt you have any choice but to also have BF2:SF as it works just like a mod for BF2.
