What to do with enemy mines when you are a engineer...

    Lo guys,

Just a little trick that works fine with me...

When you've spotted a minefield as an engineer simply place your mines over the enemy mines. ( whenever the situation allows it ofcourse )
Works great on Karkand at the Hotel. The enemy tanks or vehicles will just ride over them...

Not a bad idea as long as you are not playing with noobs. I still have people yell at me for walling them in with mines becuase they don't know that (for now atleast) the mines don't explode under friendly vehicles.

erm no, thats not very team orientated is it. If you see enemy mines you should unmine the place so friendly vehicles can get by.

To tell you the truth if you are easily finding the enemys mines then there engineer isnt very good.

The problem with this idea is that friendlies will see the red square and assume the mines are safe, then they'll drive over them and get killed. That's a sword that cuts both ways.

I usually remove every enemy mine I encounter. It only takes a second and it gives me a fresh set of mines to use on my own. (yes, I believe you can steal enemy mines for your own use by wrenching them up)
