Desert Conflict Mod 0.22

I can't get it to run on my local test server or an actual paid unranked server.

I have seen people get it up and running but it will not run for me. All current version's of BF2CC Daemon are installed, and the patch DCF0.2 patched to 0.22

So if anyone can give me a step by step on how to get this working by doing the upload through ftp all the files (can't run the .exe) it would be apprecieated.
