How do you get these ribbons?

How do you get the Far East Service and the Middle East Service ribbon?
It says unkown on this site, but I was wondering if anyone actually knew.

not really sure..but basically just play for a short time like 10 hrs or so and theyll magically appear...i was shocked to see i got them and hadnt even noticed

you just gotta play each of the maps
ie The MEC ribbon:
Kubra Dam
Strike at Karkhand
Sharqi Peninsula
Gulf of Oman
Operation Cleansweep etc

I think it's impossible to get Far East ATM. because Wake isn't being tracked, atleast not for me.

Olikid is right. Just play all maps that have MEC for the middle eastern ribbon, and all maps that have China for the far east ribbon. My wake usually isn't tracked, but I have both. And there is no US ribbon because the USMC is in every map the game has as of now.

You have to play for a certain time to earn them...

Almost right. The reason that there is no US ribbon is because there is no US theater of war. This is why they are the Middle East and Far East service ribbons, not MEC or PLA service ribbons. It has nothing to do with which team you are playing for, just which theater. Maybe we will see a US service ribbon in Armored Fury, since those maps take place in the US.

The amount of time needed in each map is 1 second i believe?

On the aircraft and tank ribbons, I know you have to be in them for a certain amount of time but do you also have to get the required amount of kills or can you just sit in a tank for 15 min and get the ribbon for it?

The Basic Vehicle badges just require a certain amount of time in the vehicle IAR. The vehicle ribbons require time and kills IAR.
