How do you change the voice files?

To make Mec or Chinese speak English.

I asked in another thread but it will be pushed off the first page and i dont wish to bump it for that purpose and im sorry if this is explained somewhere but i looked and didnt see it, thanks if you can help.

go into options..audio and set it to English VO only
