is the time 250 hrs to get the navy cross based on time in army or time in theater with the USMC.

Time in army. You need 250 hours as USMC. Otherwise everyone with 250 hours in the game would have it since the USMC is in every theatre.

Yeah I have a loooong ways to go considering I only have 40 hours as USMC.

by the way u only need the 100 best round score and the 250 hours - u do not need the 500 wins :)

same goes for the MEC golden schimitar
