Wrong version software?

Since 1.2 came out I've been unable to play BF2 on 95% of the servers. Tho they don't show as red servers I get booted back to server select and the message about needing to revert to original version software appears.....

So I deleted BF2/SF and reloaded...same thing.

Anyone seeing this?

change you filters there is well over 1,000 servers that are ranked.

Oh, I can see all the servers and they all appear in white (normal/same version). But when I try to connect it boots me back to server select saying I had to have the original/same version to play. I have the filter set up to only display if I have the same version.

that has happended to me but i was using battlelauncher to make movies and when i was done i minamized it and when to play bf2 and it said that and i just closed it down?

^^^ are you using any mods??? did u add any to ur comand line in the BF2 shortcut?

No changes to the software and no mods.

The only servers I can play on are those without the small computer monitor symbol to the left.....

oh...if u have been using Battle recorder..Just open it up and go to the backup tap and back up those two files..that should fix it..plus this is covered in the readme.
