Movies or screenshots (preferably movies) of people who have ALL GRAPHICS ON HIGH...because ive never seen it before and considereing I have mine on low...doesnt have to be of anything just to show off your graphics....thanks

You can do it yourself.
Go play a round on a server with battlerecorder enabled. Then download and play the file, but before you get ingame. Max out ALL your settings to whatever you please.
IIRC, everything in Battlerecorder is already prerendered, so it's similar to playing a movie. With whatever crappy card you have, you'll still be able to Max it out and feel like you have a 7800GTX. -

Battlerecorder doesn't work like that. Only after you've rendered a video which takes too much work for what he wants too do.
Anyway all official screenshots are taken on high.Comment
