Go the options menu and go to Audio. then look for "English VOIP Only"
The problem with that is that when you hear someone while you do not see him you wont be able to tell if he is an enemy or friendly. No the best option to have... in my opinion.

Then again, I went with english only because it's a preformance enhancer. That's half the RAM for voices if you're only using one set.
I disagree, I find it good to hear another language and then recognize it and learn it. Euro Force voices uses such a method you mentioned and they just sound crap. Besides, it's good if your chinese to hear you language and ect..

I don't use the English VOIP because if I hear enemies nearby, I can't tell.

I agree with this, being able to distinguish friend or foe based on language is a HUGE advantage. Everytime the enemy spots something, calls for a medic, etc you can hear them. I've lost count of how many times I've heard an enemy that I would not have otherwise been able to detect.
There's nothing like dropping a grenade over a wall and killing an enemy that you couldn't see

i know what they say after playing bf2 for more than half a year now, but how do i change everything to english, if its realy possible to load one set of sounds for both sounds, and it uses less ram, its interresting coz my pc isnt that fast.

so how do i do that?
