Yup..should be. You MAY have to turn dynamic lighting and/or shadows to medium to keep high FPS in heavy fights.
..and if you can't run all on HIGH it won't be that great of a loss. In most of the settings there's little noticable difference between MEDIUM and HIGH, especially when you are engaged in intensive combat or just generally moving around.
