patch 1.2 question

hey guys have posted in like forever but i got a question i downloaded and isntalled that new patch 1.2 and im a ATI user..and like i get really bad lag and cant see buildings and all that good stuff...how do i go back to that other patch i had before? or is there a way i can still play patch 1.2 w/o that massive lag and other stuff?

Moved to support.

This is a known issue with ATI cards and v1.2. Either find a way to force your shader model version or wait until v1.21.
