should i take out my Audigy Live 24-Bit and use my integrated RealTek AC'97? i hear the 24-bit has HUGE problems wit bf2. so wht should i do?

Your call, neither will give you the full sound experience that BF2 has to offer. You don't say what specifically the problem is, but if you are trying to run it in hardware mode, set it to software (same would apply to the onboard sound).

Keep the Audigy 24-bit card in..at least you're taking some processing load off and putting in onto the audio card.
