My clan's server has auto-switch enabled, but it poses a problem. Autobalance doesn't seem to work anymore! We use BF2CC tool to set these options. There is a Yin Yang symbol there which says autobalance, but I've never pressed it so I don't actually know what happens if I do so. Does it force-balance people in the order in which they die? That's what I hope...

I don't trust the 'autobalance' feature as far as I could throw it, whenever I've joined a 'autobalanced' server, i've noticed a common theme:
The majority of First Sargeants and above will all be on 1 team, low ranking players on the other. For example i've been on autobalanced servers where 1 team had 15+ people of First Sargeant rank or higher and the opposing team had 1 Master Sargeant.. the rest were 2 and 3 stripe ranks!
