I just installed BF2, I get cd 2 error.

Hi,
I just installed BF2, and I get this error. It reads "please ensure Battlefield 2 install disc 2 is in the drive, select OK and restart the application.

The BF2 disc is in the drive, I restart the application just to get same error. I have tried to put all 3 discs in case it is asking for the wrong number. Can't seam to figuire out what is going on.

I have downloaded the demo and it works fine, but it also doesn't need the CD Rom. I have used my CD rom for dvd's and installing / running other games.

Any idea please let me know.

i'm going to assume that your optical drive is capable of reading both cd's and dvd's. did the install with disc 1 work ok? you might have a bad disc 2. flip it over to the backside and see if it has scratches. try cleaning it. if that doesn't work, borrow a friend's disc or exchange the whole gamebox for a one that works if you just purchased the game.
