sometimes ones who fire silent shots don't even play firing animation.. i've seen guy scratching his balls silently in a dark corner, and enemies around him just fall dead because of his PKM which was pointing at the ground.

I see it maybe once or twice / hour .. next time I guess I should pay attention if it's always the same guy, and if the animation is off all the time or just some times. Also, sometimes it looks like my gun isn't firing at all .. maybe it is, animation and sound just fails to play (= I'm the one with silent gun)

This is very annoying one, I guess managing to reproduce it or at least tell all the symptoms would go a long way into fixing it, but it's funny how all that slips from your mind until you're already dead and staring at sky :)
