Yet another Special Forces Crash thread

Battlefield 2 ran just fine till I got the Special Forces expansion pack. Now both BF2 AND SF will crash to desktop as soon as you start it, after a blask screen for a dew seconds.

Yes, I know they're a million and a half of these, but they're just to varied. One guy said to reinstall some drivers and another said to patch with 1.2. I'm confused. I have reinstalled SF but it doesn't help.

So is there one simple fix for all of this? Im eager to try a jetski or an Apache but now I can't play SF or BF2.

uninstall both..then BF2+SF+1.2 should fix it.

SO I should first install SF and then patch with 1.2 or do I do it before the SPecial Forces install?

yea..install BF2 then BF:SF and 1.2 patch.

Thanks, but accualy I just reinstalled BF2 and now both work fine! I've only got 2 problems: One, whenever I try to join a multiplayer game it says my CD-Code was wrong, but if it is how could I have installed it? It won't let me play multiplayer because of this. The second one is simple, I just don't know how to climb a hook or zipline. I can set it up and pick it up, but not climb it.

kool, i belive there is a sticky about the CD-Code let me find it real quick..

cant find a post about it...anyone eles know a post about it?
