Whenever i try to logon to my laptop this error message ocurrs and i can't get to my desktop. any one have any ideas what to do?

Well, you or someone else has screwed up the logon policies, either one of two ways.

1. Removed rights for certain groups that require it (e.g. system, etc)

2. deactivated local logon to the machine (meaning, you make the machine only able to logon to a domain)
