Dell Moniter 2005fpw

I just got my DELL 2005FPW MONITER, And when i tryed to start BF2 it wouldnt work. It just starts then shuts right off. can anybody help?

might be that the refresh rate is too high for the monitor... try editing the video.con profiles in C:\Documents and Settings\[yourname]\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default and C:\Documents and Settings\[yourname]\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\0001. Open them with notepad and change the resolution and refresh rate to what your monitor can handle
