i donno about anyone else but this has happened to me numerous times on different servers. some ppl that appear on ur teams list of players but when u see them they are wearing the opposite teams uniform. u know u shouldnt shoot them, but when the start shooting at u, u shoot back. thus, u lose points for team killing.

That's called the red/blue bug. It's always been in BF2, but when EA/Dice tried to fix it, they made it worse. I encounter it in 30% servers I join these days. -

I Think The Ea/dice Team Should Be All Sacked. Bring In New Workers , Better Ideas And People That Know How To Do Basic Maintence On There Products.Comment

lol sry that was kind of a waste, ive seen topics about red/blue but never bothered to check it out. btw. this never happened to me until AFTER they released 1.2, what a bunch of goofs

today i saw a red/green bug. :|
i was looking at the map to see where the spotted sniper was..and then hit cap lock to see my squad highlighted on the map, and the enemy sniper icon turned greenComment

I had a red/blue thing too, but this guy was in the enemy team on the score list. Red name, enemy skin. And of course I got a teamkill after killing him. Annoying.
The green thing. I usually see enemy APCs being spotted and flashing green.

I was playing Karkand this other day, when we, the USMC got all the flags on the map, and there was only one enemy left, a sniper on the marketplace roof, he was highlighted on the UAV, so everyone climbed after him, but he was rendered as a friend, and you couldn't see any difference because of the ghillie suit, nobody shot him until he started to shoot us, then we all returned fire (around 8 guys up there at same time)Comment
