How could I going about changing a teams flag to look a certain way and make the MEC & China speak english?

to fix the one about voices, u can go into editor and go and click on level settings,(this on the right right of the editor, u will need to scroll down a little) and there u can change it to both english, i too find it a bit annoy after a while with none english voices, lol,
to change the flags u can do it 2 ways, one makea a mini mod or mod, or just use a few tuts that r a round to change skins of the flag so u would need a dds plug in aswell,and do more tweaking of files and use the tut to just add a skin to the flag or what ever ur doing.
