Really? Seemed to always work in my experience.

Never worked for me, several times someone has become Commander instead of me, even though I've been the higher rank.

They should lower some of the time requirements for a lot of the medals and ribbons. For instance, all I have to do now to get my combat infabtry medal is to stand around for another 250 hours. I've done everything else, but I need to 'show up' for a stupid length of time to get the medal - I don't even have to do anything.

I guess I am one that has been unfortunate enough to meet most requirements for a specific award... only having the "round" not last required time for it.

Not a complaint... just something I continue to experience.

Why? The whole higher rank get's Commander first doesn't work, so there's not a great deal stopping you.

bye the time you get 50 hours of command experience, you'd accumulate enough points tobe at least a Staff Sargeant....

Other than reducing the vehicle/defense badges, as well as the WCR, I think the award system is fine.
