BFHQ not giving me all the unlocks

I have just hit 50,000 global score and I just now unlocked my last tier 1 weapon. While I have friends who have all tier 1 and some teir 2 (3 to count them) and are only at 17000 global. Why is bf doing this and is there any way to contact someone at EA who can actually fix this?

Im not really sure how to fix the problem, someone here might know how. To contact EA go here:

Fill out the information, then go to "ask a question" near the top right. Then you can fill out a ticket and EA will get back to you.

Do you own the Special Forces expansion pack? Teir two unlocks are SF unlocks and you cant get them unless you have played on a SF map using your account.

Yeah its all down to SF,im in the same situation.u need to install sf and play for an hour and u should get all the 2nd and 3rd tier unlocks...
