No CD? Just Downloader...

Hello all,
Say for example, something goes wrong with whatever and I want to format my hard drive or maybe I run a virus scan and it buggers up the files on battlefield. Is there a way to reinstall the downloaded Euro Forces file without having to pay again? Or is the Euro Forces file an installer which you will be able to backup onto cd etc??

I do not know if you can back it up on cd or not, I would think you can. But from what I am hearing once you pay for it, they keep your record on there system, so in case you have to re-format or loose the file some how, you can re-download it as much as you like and not have to re-pay. This is how I understand it, from what I have been hearing. I personally never used the EA downloader. The only reason I went out and bought SF and not use the downloader because I felt I was being ripped off, paying the same price with EA downloader and just getting the file. Or go and pay for it at the store and get the case and CD. But with EF guess I have no choice. Going to use the downloader.

yea you can redownload it as many times as you want when you are logged in, like in the downloader

did it come out yet like wtf??? I saw a map that had ppl playing in it, one of those people were Julius01 and i checked out his profile and hes a real person. It was chinese vs european union. I was like wtf! IS IT OUT!?!?

Just browse around this forum. You find your answer. Then you are going to ****ed off with the rest of the Americans that would love to be playing now too.

If you live in Germany, Austria or Switzerland (and maybe some other European countries), yes; otherwise no (unless you buy it from someone in Germany).

There is no problem in burning the download to CD and reinstalling without having to redownload.

yes, you can burn the exe file, its in the EAgames/battlefield2 folder...
