Because you can play it as soon as you have the code and download it; at least singleplayer/LAN.

if you buy that, you're a moron. they screwed up and released them early in germany. you CANNOT play online with them and they most likely have bugs that won't be fixed until the patch, and knowing EA, they won't even be fixed with a patch.

click on the already have it link on the site posted earlier and you can dl it through ea downloader for $10 and its legit!!!!

I have it too, but I might as well have waited for another month, because the downloader does simply not work for me.
