New motherboard problem, Pleeze help!!

Just picked up a new Gigabyte K8U socket 754 motherboard to replace an MSI that burned out. After getting everything installed my bf2 performance has gone to s***. I play with all my settings on high, no AA, and usually get about 50-60 fps with no hiccups, stutters, and smooth gameplay. Now, I'm down to 20 FPS with hiccups, stutters, and and all-around unplayable game. Any suggestions? I've tried re-intalling the Nvidia drivers, overclocking, no overclocking.

Mobo drivers ? Did teh mobo come with a CD you forgot to install ?

Installed drivers from cd and updated drivers from gigabyte website. Updated all drivers for motherboard, bios and gpu.

Backup your data and do a format, probably the easiest answer to the problem
