i played in a server not too long ago, and something very odd happened to me. i was playing american on Gulf of Oman, and i was at the east shore base in a tank. i'm capping away, suddenly i here tone, and a laser guided missile nails me, but the odd thing is i didn't just blow up, my whole tank was actually launched into the air, flew past the middle shore base and landed in the water....anyone every see that before?

Actually ya.... I TVed a FAV once at a wierd angle so the missile actually slipped underneath the car not hitting it directly, but instead hitting the ground underneath. It went about twenty feet straight up in the air (about the top of a flag pole) and came straight down. When it landed it blew up with the 50 gunner inside.Comment

No, but I did get blown into the water in a Vodnik on the Karkand bridge one time unscathed by C4. I think the Spec Ops guy was bummed when he didn't get his 4 kills and instead just blew up the bridge.Comment

I heard a rumor that somebody once got a T-90 tank onto the USMC carrier deck on Oman. I havent seen this to confirm it though, maybe he used a similar methodComment

I've tryed 2-3 times, driving the USMC tank in Karkand, and rushing MEC Hotel flag. If you hit the tree in the middle of the road, you jump high. Last I noticed it was in 1.12 patch.Comment

I had it happen to me a few days ago on Karkand. Was facing an enemy tank and as he's about ready to fire my tank "jumps". Worked out in the long run because the guy in the other tank was a clan mate and couldn't stop laughing. Used that to my advantage :laugh:Comment

I've had something similar happen. On Karkand just before the hotel, i was driving the tank down the road then all of a sudden i shot up about 100 ft in the air, and then came crashing down, taking all of the tank's hitpoints away.Comment
