cant spawn at squadleader

This has been happening to me since before the new patch AND after.

Sometimes when trying to spawn at squadleader i cant...nothing happens , and there is no red ring around him, like if he was in a full car ect..has happned to me when squad leader was on foot..out in the open and no enemies around him.
I need to click spawn 3-5 times before it accept my squad leader spawn.

Just me or is it happening to other people to?

and its not lag...got 4 mbit connection ping is allways 20/30
64bit 1gig,pci gf7800 256ram

yeah, that has happened to me fairly often. I find just hitting return a few times will allow me to. Very rarely does it not let me spawn there at all.

It depends if there is enough space where your squad leader is....for example if he is on top of a roof of a small hut it wont let you spawn as you would spawn in the air....sometimes when the squad lader is in a tight spot just select him and keep hitting return constantly and you will usally spawn after a few seconds.
