At least next patch snipers wont be able to place more than 2..and someone said engineers can disable them..how so? You can't even get within a few meters without getting blown up..
Yea make the Engineer worth something. It was a sad day when I had to resort to lame tactics the other night to get my explosives badge with claymors on Karkand. I knew how to do it, felt like crap when I did it. when the badge came up, there was relief that I could stop doing it. I hope they fix the claymore thing it is annoying.
I like the idea that an engineer, spec ops, and snipers can get rid of claymoores. I think it should take something like 4 seconds to get rid of them, after all they are dangerous.
But bring back the ability to destroy with 'nades.
I think the problem is that the game treats mines and claymores as the same thing. Being able to destroy a mine with a grenade is more imbalancing...so I'm sure that's why they went that route...because they are both linked.
indeed, at this point there is nothing you can do about them, and no TK's , wich resulted now in massive abuse and spamming of the claymores, some maps become even unplayable if there are some claymore spammers on it , it's very sad
Since when did you have more than 2 claymores as a sniper? For me they have always been 2. And now they are going to reduce them to 2 in 1.21?
Nope, just stand next to a supply crate and u can drop them to ur hearts content. And like whats been said b4 BF isnt suppose to b realisic so i cant c why we cant shot the claymores to get rid of them. Also it would mean snipers would actually have to think for once when they place them
