More Vehicles?

:laugh: Is it me or is it not just me, dont u guys think that Bf2 should have more vehicles and more jets, helis Etc.) Pll always Tk and fight for them, so simply Put more of em in a map. They should also maybe make bigger maps with more ppl. maybe like 100.

This game is what it is because of infantry. If there were more jets, helo's and more vehicles I would simply add it to my stack of games that gather dust.

As for bigger servers, they need to get everything fixed for it to be worthwhile. But I look forward to the day!

It won't be long that all of us will have to have $5,000 rigs to keep up with these games they are developing but I hope they keep it realistic instead of making it almost impossible to afford to play these uber games.

I would like more JEEPS, i hate being stuck on a 64 man server. I want like 20 jeeps per team!!

Too right! Forget planes and choppers, I just don't want to spend half the game walking from one side of the map to the other because there's not enough vehicles.

It won't be long that all of us will have to have $5,000 rigs to keep up with these games they are developing but I hope they keep it realistic instead of making it almost impossible to afford to play these uber games.

same whit this patch 1.2 now i have 2 play on med but in 1.12 i was
playing on high its just like i need a new vidcard whit each new patch
or EA/Dice F,ed up somethigh i hope i can play on high whit the hotfix

DICE said (before BF2 came out) that they would have 128 player maps, they even expirimented with it on demo servers, I was a lucky fella to play 64-64 on gulf of oman, and i have to say, i got a score of 279 (remember its a demo server, i can show off my 133T skills)

Also i have played on (unranked) servers where the planes respawn every 30 seconds with a limit of 5 per team, omg that was a nice airfight, 10 planes in the air, 5 F35Bs, 3 MIGS, 2 SU-34s

Tough i heard people saying they were lagging, i didn't lag at all, my ping was 40-50 (quite high)

Yeah. More jeeps are fine. EA should increase the number of jeeps by 50% in each maps in the next patch. Since the AA is more powerful, why don't we increase the number of choppers can be fielded a time in a map? Like in Dragon valley 64 player map, China can have 2 choppers and USA can have 2 choppers, Why not make it 3+3? Less TK for choppers, increase the number of choppers availabe in Sharqi Peninsula from 1+1 to 2+2. SOmething like a short spawn time after the first helicopter took off

More vehicles wouldn't be good... even more jeeps... there are plenty of jeeps around, and if one guy hopes in a jeep and leaves others behind, then that's just bad teamwork and it should be punished... and more jeeps would just lead to a convoy of people driving around alone... less jeeps promotes better teamwork... and the team with better teamwork should win... I think the vehicle amount is fine for the game right now... in fact, i think the spawn time for vehicles should be increased... it's kind of lame to be in a tank or some other vehicle, die, respawn and the tank is right there again... vehicle respawn should be at least a minute or two... it would encourage people to not whore vehicles and to spawn where they're actually needed at the moment

It would be cool to have 100 player maps... however I don't know about you - but when I'm on a full 64-person map and in a heated battle, my system starts to freak out. 100-person maps would make it crap itself. Also, someone who knows more about the system feel free to correct me, but I think I heard someone mention a while back that the engine can't handle that many people on one map.

I think since the latest patch, the game is even more crappy for me... I crash more and the game stutters like crazy for 5 minutes after a map loads... I didn't have that problem before... I don't understand how they can make the game worse instead of better... it took them 7 months to fix what should've been working when the game was released... like AA missiles... those were a joke before... now they actually work... plus the name bug is still there, rockets go through vehicles, new balancing issues, plus all the SF crashing bugs... i'm sure i forgot some

100 Players would be realy cool but with this f****ed up Netcode and all this Perfomance leaks

I agree with Maxor127, I have lots of lag and disconnects after the new patch, I have not really had any problems before it.

Regarding more helos, It would be useful to have two blackhawks available at the start of the round on 64 player Wake, the guys who spawn first fly off and you are just left to wait.

See more planes more Fun, its just how it goes. And when u waste 100$ on a joystick, and u hardly get a jet on a 64men server, it seems like waste of money. But when u get the jet, ohh baby, rock n roll.

Well i just got my new Pc Radeon X1300 video card. It is perfect for any number of ppl. And it sometimes doesnt matter what Pc or Internet u have, It could also be part of a servers error. Some servers are located East,canada. Some companies lag, like i have a server which i have 12 ping on, everyone in the server gets 1000 ping(latency)
