Walking and prone while shooting

I didn't think it was possible to shoot while walking and go prone and still shoot in between?? anyone, i have not try it myself. But i just ran into someone doing it.

I dunno. try it yourself. take some kit with full-auto and see if he wasnt just laggin,hackin, or doing something else.
