Mic help

Tried and tried to get the mic to work. I push the battle com key and the speaker shows up on my screen as green and then when i talk it goes to red and is a red crackled color. I ran the test on my computer and the BF@ test and it works but nobody can hear me in the game. Any help appreciated.

The red crackle is because its too loud. There is a threshold so that you can't blow people's ears off. Try moving the mic further away from your mouth or turing the volume down in Windows.

Also some server have trouble with their VoIP and some don't have it enabled. Make sure neither of these is causing your problem.

yeah on some servers the green speaker still shows up but it isnt actually working
