How to Run A Dedication Server... Please HELP!

hey guys, my clan and i (recruiting and giving away admin spots) just bought a clan server but im new wit ftp... what kinda stuff do i need to be able to kick people, select maps, upload a picture, and set preferences/maps in the server... please help we are desperate lol
