Mod effect regular bf2?

I was wondering if i install some of these mods will they effect my regular bf2 online because i dled one of those 64 single player bot program or w/e and punkbuster wouldnt let me play any servers until i took that program off my comp so anyone know?

Depends. If its in its own seperate folder it shouldnt interfere. Only files which change you bf2 files cause punkbuster to kick up a fuss. Those single player enhancement mods normally do because they overwrite the files in the levels, well some do anyway.
