Rome Total War Total realism Mod

I am having trouble with this mod ever since it came out:cry:

I have tried to patch game first before install,I have tried to finish tutorial before i install:hmm: .Either way when i install this mod i load it us no errors or install errors .I get new menu and screen but all the buttons to start the game are not working .Has anyone had trouble with this mod?as i like the game
