Just bought SF need help

do i need to patch it w/ the 1.2 pactch ar am i ready to go ww/ 1.12? cause thats all the official site lists

I had to uninstall everything, then reinstall BF2, patch 1.2, then SF before it would work

Sorry but thats wrong, u need to uninstall everything then install in this order, BF2, SF then the patch

I just bought it today as well. and when I try to join a server it loads and then says something about "The server only allows players with unmodified content to join".

What do I do?

If u have installed SF on top of BF2 and the patch, u will need to uninstall everything (excpet ur saved data of course) the u need to reinstall it all in this order BF2, SF then the patchs. I would dl the full 1.2 patch to make it easyer.

No... you just install SF over BF2 which puts both to 1.1 then you need to install the 1.2 complete patch.

I was about to say that lol, when ur updating wiht teh full 1.2 patch it will take a long time so watch a movie or something
