Help my graphics get cheesy/broken in commander mode.

Please help me I recently bought a new graphics card a geforce 6600 to be exact. Did not have enough money to buy anything better since cards are so expensive now. Anyways my old graphics card a geforce 5900 ultra fried when a power outage hit my house and shut down my computer.

So now 3 things make my graphics break/warp in game

they are..

When I open up commander mode

when I hit "tab" key to check squads/teams

when I hit "enter" key to check weapons


I updated the drivers they are allready up to date.

I have a feeling the motherboard may have got damaged too not sure I will try to get some screen shots of this incodent next time when I play.

A surge protector is an extension cable that is also able to stop a power surge.

What are the other specs of your system?
Power supply?
RAM...
