    Having DVD-rom Problems

I have some problems with me BF2 DVD-rom, sometimes when i put the disc in my drive it keeps on spinning without seeing the DVD, moest of the time I have to put in the disc for a couple of times before my drive sees the DVD in my drive. Do any of you know something which could help me>?

Only thing I can offer is start with the basics?

    Is the disk clean?
    Free from damage (Cracks/splits/warp) etc?
Is the Laser Head on your player clean?

Try shutting auto-run off and place the disk in the drive then start it with the desk-top icons?

        Hmmm.

Did the start from the desktop icons make any difference (I am assuming not)? as oposed to auto run?

Does this only happen with the BF2 disk or all?
