What is up with Master Sergeant and First Sergeant being the same points, someone told me you get first sergeant after you get all your basic stuff, but do you get upgrades aswell??

you only get 1st sargeant if you have all the basic badges when you hit 20,000 if not you stay as master sargeant see this link for details on ranks and requirements http://ubar.bf2s.com/ranks.php
