As you can see, my stats are back "21212"... styleish.



For not owning unlocks yesterday on a server with my stats at "0" I've won the almighty PURPLE HEART.

You see I never died more than 2o times in a bf2 server, until now when bf2 F U C K E D up giving me no unlocks making it impossible to play Vs. those who had unlocks.

You shoulden't need unlocks to keep your Kill Death Ratio up. I can do it fine with the old guns. Infact, I usually choose the old guns over the unlocks.

Yeah, unlocks aren't neccesary at all.

The ak-101 or 47 or m16 are all great guns.

ive perferred a lot of the orig guns over unlocks like the m24 (pre patch1.2) and the mp5 (cant deal with close combat..too mcuh lag) but i remember when i got my first purpple heart....i was acutally trying to get it since i wanted more medals and plus...a purple heart in real life is somewhat honorable...but it was really hard to get since the rounds were so short..

Lol, if you are a noob, it don't matter what weapon you have. A good player could avoid the Purple Heart using pistol only if they had to (and could probably do it with the knife). Don't blame the game for your noobness.

I got one to "complete the set" so to speak, and I still came 2nd in the server as a medic.

Aww poor baby needs his unlocks. My KD is usually always 2+ with m16s or AKs. Or any weapon I choose to use.

Maybe you should not rely on a single gun.

i use the regular guns way more....only time use unlock is when im stuck on the team that wepaons i don't like (i.e. AT's dinky little peashooter for PLA)

ya, I hate to agree with everyone, but you shouldn't need unlocks to be good. I play with all sorts of weapons; unlocks, standard, whatever, and I do fine.
