The Setting:
Kubra Dam - 64 Player
The Scenario:
/rant on
This is my 5th map on the server, first round of Kubra.
I'm on MEC and spawn at the hangars and immediately jump in the bomber and take off. I head over the dam towards the first US Base, and I drop bombs on 3 US Vehicles at the same time traveling to the bridge, and it kills 8 people.
I pull off high right, roll inverted, and pull hard, nose down towards the US runway. I see the F18 rolling, fire 2 Missiles, dead F18. I pull off high left, and make a high G left turn back around to the airfield and pull right up behind the F15 that has just lifted off. I am in A/G mode now and light him up with the nose cannon and he dies.
11 kills, in about 45 seconds. Granted, I got extremely lucky with how things unfolded before me, so this was no huge display of skill on my part, just the enemy being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
An admin types into global chat, "We do not allow hackers here, welcome to the ban list f*gg*t". I'm then kick/banned from the server.
Yeah, those aimbots work well in jets I'm sure....*sigh*. Yeah yeah, I know, "Go find a new server Strega, it is their server and they can admin it however they want!" Yeah, I agree, but I still like to vent about it.
I just don't get why people can't take their licks and keep playing. I GUARANTEE you that I can do that, without a problem. An enemy gets a nice shot on me, and 9/10 times I take the ONE SECOND of time it takes to type, "NS" into global chat. Some people just can't accept the fact that it MIGHT be possible they will play a map or 2 where their K/D ratio may be in the negative.
When I admin our server, =SFX= Killzone, you have to REALLY be a complete douche bag to get banned. You can curse me all you want, talk all the trash you want, I don't care. My gameplay does the talking for me, I don't need to talk smack in chat. Proving someone hacks is near impossible, so I'm not even gonna try and accuse people of doing so. People talking a ton of trash in chat are gonna look like fools anyway.
