Whats wrong?

I was playing Dilian Plant (back to Old schoo) and the round had ended ,the Oposing team's highest scorer set at 204 pts 147 team pts and 107 kills AND 8 deaths

there was only 28 ppl in the map total - he had no TK's
Howd this happen????? Am I missing somthing - Ill post his SN if he hacking or cheating... THX
