I've seen that phrase being used quite a bit. What does that mean?

From my understanding, in Swedish, räv means fox, and munken means donut. When an MEC soldier says "No", it sounds like he's saying rävmunken, which would translate out to 'foxdonut'. Thus why it made an appearance in 'Mine'.
