I just wish people would actually respond when you say "enemy infantry spotted"! I've had too many people on foot or in vehicles who just seem to ignore the world and get wasted because they don't pay attention to you trying your best to keep them ALIVE!!

I agree 100%!!!!!!
I cant tell you how many times, i've spoted, and OR used the UAV, and like a whole squad will go by ONE impending RED dot, that ends up capping the flag. I dont get it.
As a player, i play by the minimap 50% of the time. Sometimes more.
Along that same note, i cant tell you how many times i've told someone to GET IN THAT EMPTY TANK!...and they are ..........like, what empty tank.

Seriously guys, the biggest tip of the day, Look at your mini map MORE, and watch your scores go up as well.

I feel that my situational awareness (from constantly checking mini and fullscreen map) is one of my biggest strengths. My squad mates are always wondering why I know so much about what is going on...

e.g.
-you can tell when an enemy hops in a vehicle (then you can sometimes guess his destination)
-you can tell when an enemy vehicle has just arrived and an enemy just got out (e.g. boats landing at the hotel on Sharqi or a jeep behind the TV station)
-you can tell when enemy AA is manned (an absolutely requirement for chopper teams)
-obvious stuff like which flags are being capped
-obvious stuff like spotted units
-location of supply crates
-location of friendly medics, support, and engineer troops through the 'need a medic/ammo/repair' commo rose
