well with the new patch you cant see the amo being droped... anymore, thats my experience.... neither can your enemy pick up amo/health packs. i think i read that somwer in the release notes or somethin...

I admit, I see a sniper on a hill I'll drop heal/ammo right on top of him, several times usually. Teaches them to move around and not camp as much. Maybe even get them to go get a flag.

Wow....

Umm snipers help thier team alot by preventing decapping of friendly flags and...just plain killing people.

Why don't you teamkill your teammates to teach them to respect you?

Ammo packs? If you don't like them, pull out your pistol, fire once, reload, ammo pack disappears.

yeah i hate that...my fav is when you get a smacktard commander and he drops a supply crat near a group of snipers giving away their position.

If the other team is having trouble spotting a group of snipers they wont notice when the supplies drop on ye either. :p

Since I mostly play on Karkland and Wake Island this thread is irrelevant for me. Medics are needed, especially on Karkland. The ammo gets SO damn annoying though, almost to the point where it is funny. In the beginning of Karkland, playing from the USMC side, pretty much everyone is getting their asses blown up. All you hear other than the arty rounds is "FIRST AID RIGHT HERE! AMMO? AMMO RIGHT HERE!!!" I barely have a chance to get a shot off before getting my ass blown up by an arty round and I have ammo bags all over the place...But yeah, they are just going for points though.

When i do some snipingm I don't mind a guy dropping off an ammo pack, but med packs can kind of be annoying if I'm already full health.

The worst thing is when I had a support guy just come up and prone next to me BLASTING THE PKM out from where I was hiding. I think we both were quickly T90'd.

Yopur right Shizzle, the simpe way around this is if the medic/support trooper just held the medic pack or ammo pack and toke the extra 5 secounds and just refilled you. But I guess most people are in too much of a rush.:)

for medics its all about rushing around....they dont actually care about healing you...they just want their damn point!

hehe I know girls like you, normally they end up with a knife in their face when I didnt ask for ammo or health.

We are talking about a sniper right ? If a sniper is doing what he has to do who are you to **** up his game. Otherwise write a note to EA / Dice to let the sniperkit being removed from the game smartass

If I'm doing support/medic I'll hide with you, and just hold the bag out, helping you without alerting the enemy that you are there.

But with the UAV and Scans, you won't stay hidden for long anyway.

With the radar scans and UAV, a few ammo packs is the least of your worries.

If the ammo packs give you away, you're probably too close anyway.
