There was an error listening on a socket?

Can´t log in... everytime i try to login to account server there´s message "there was an error listening on a socket" What to do????

The port used to log into the account is being blocked by either a firewall or a router.

Try making sure that all firewalls are turned off.

I was getting that yesterday also, but it would happen after it would login, it would go back to the login screen and give me that error. I just kept trying and it worked just fine. I have no firewall and I have all ports needed, open.
