L96A1 not available

Today I went up rank and I went to unlock the new sniper rifle the L96A1 I already have the M95. When I went to the screen to unlock the rifle it wasn't on the list. I don't have Special Forces or the European expansions. If anyone has any advice please help me. Thanks

The L96A1 is a tier 2 or "SF unlock" just like all the other SF unlocks; you can't get them (for use in registered servers) unless you run SF.
