for the ones who care I didnt used PS, its too "heavy" for quick works, instead I used macromedia fireworks, a tool usually used to make web graphics but also great to make PS like jobs in less time.
there are not filters to do realistic water reflections so I used a 3d proggy to do the task.
I wish to submit another pic soon, but I aint sure admins would publish it since it has a little bit of erotic content
