What happened when those choppers were being shot at was this:
Lock was attained.
Pilot hits f2.
Missiles are fired.
Makes perfect sense....they lose a heat signature (at least in the game, of course not in real life) and so they go haywire.
The other crap is stupid tho, AA needs fixing... -
