Is there any possible way to let multiple users log onto BF2CC but have certain rescrictions set on their account so someone can set what they can use and what they can't use?

I'd post this in the BF2CC forums, but whatever. And yes, I believe when you are registering admins you can select what they get to do.

If you go to the admins tab, that is where you register people to be admins. On the right hand side of that window there should be a box that has checked stuff like "kick" "ban" "manage ban list" "change map". Click on the admin you want to limit powers to, uncheck the boxes (uncheck "ban" if you don't want him to be able to ban people) and then save your changes.

On the admins tab in BF2CC near the right is the option to create permissions groups. This will allow you to create one or more groups with varying levels of permissions. Then you can assign an admin to one of these groups.

Be careful though, there is a level of permissions that has access to stop/restart/pause the server.

Yes, you can set user level permissions and accounts in BF2CC. We have eleven users and most only have access to some of the features. Top level admins can do anything, but you can create users that only have access to kick/ban if you want.
