Are we entiteld to a refund

OK this is the way I see it, I have 2 copies of BF2 and 2 copies of SF, a copy of each for me and a copy of each I bought for my brother.

Since release game has been bugged, numerous patches have created more and more bugs and not really adressed intital bugs completley, the game has changed so much it is no longer really the game that I originally bought.

Am i entitled under UK law to a refund for the embarrasment that this game is, or at least a partial refund ?

don't think so, unless you havent used the cd keys and that the store you bought it from allows refunds within a time limit eg. (ebgames). I'm pretty sure u cant hand it back to ea.. lol

You haven't returned your Windows Operating system despite its numerous bugs so why this game? its no different.

I remember you. You were on my side and you tk'ed me out of heli with M95 just so you could have it. Plus you were one of those DAO-12 jumping bunny hoppers.

Please EA give this guy a refund as he can no longer bunny hop, dolphin dive, tk others just for his own gain.

A tragic way to play this game....in fact give us your address i'll send you a cheque to stop people like you playing. You'll probably need it seeing as your on the dole.......

Inc|LoKi, are you the same 'Inc|LoKi' who is No.5 on the Leaderboard and has 1738 hours of playtime under his belt? If that's you, I'm stunned you could deem the game an embarrassment. Surely BF2 has provided you with a lot more enjoyment than it has frustration. :)

The way I see it, no matter how bugged the game is, I have MORE than gotten my money's worth out of BF2. I'd feel STUPID asking for my money back.

Rarely do I play a game for this long (except for the other BF games of course )

i dont know what peoples jip is. ive played this game more than aall the other games i own put together. i love it and im am not afraid to admit it. there are things that annoy me yes, but i dont complain becasue the good, far far far far far outweights the bad.

Well as you can see the game has got so fustrating I find myslef playing less, LoL sometimes its even more enyojable to read these forums than it is to play. I even stared playing desert comabt again after the patch... so infact yes I would give up rank 5 and 262k global score for my money back.

Hell no you don't get your money back. You owe me for wasting my time on this thread. Give me a break.. Look how much you've played this game. Look how manytimes you've posted in this forum. Looks like you've got a lot of enjoyment out of all of the bugs.

Unfortunatly no you cannot get a refund as they have a disclaimer saying online experiences may vary which bascially you agreed to when you bought the games

So loki after the 1.2 patch what do u hate most???? me personally im ****e anyway and i dont try a pretend otherwise u on the other hand have 260k points ,so dont u think its worth trying to be number 1 in ranking, regardless of the new patch,cant u work around it...we all no u love the game,cause u wouldnt have racked up that amount of points otherwise...at the end of the day we all have good and bad faults with the new patch,but hopefully by next week it will be fixed....fingers crossed

The most annoying thing for me is the not being able to throw AT mines at tanks used to do that alot and getting shot in the back by pkm / mg36 and not hearing any sound from the enemy gun or my ouch sound when taking fire, just watching my health bar decrease with no idea where its comming from.
